Well ok Tiffany & Co. inspired! This balloon garland backdrop was one of many creations I completed for a 13th birthday party for Twin Girls. The pretty blue balloons were perfect and resembled that Tiffany blue color. The white sheers were curtains that were hung on my handmade pvc pipe backdrop stand. I swear I need to upgrade to a better stand but this worked for what I needed it to do. Overall, all decorations were handmade and diy’d a little over a month in advance. For a theme like this, I can guarantee you won’t find items like this in a big box store. Hence, DIY we go!

All boxes above above were cardboard boxes that came in a pack that I painted in the closest Tiffany Blue I could find which was “Bahama Blue”. The Pearl beads and diamond gems were added accents to give an extra touch of class. I loved this table you guys. Best one to date for now.

Now let’s get into this table and backdrop! How beautiful is this Dessert/Cake table decorated with candy, desserts, handmade paper flowers, and other Tiffany inspired details for the themed event? With a room full of teens, nothing was left once the party was over! Candy tables can get tricky if you don’t have your glass jar placements figured out. You want to have various heights with your jars/stands as it is more appeasing to the eye. Plus when you add decorative touches, it just looks so damn good! I did struggle with finding teal card stock for the paper flowers above so I had to put my creative thinking cap on a get some good ol’ spray paint. I used the rustoleum brand in the closest blue I needed. I can’t lie, I didn’t know if it was going to adhere well and by the photos, I did GOOD! The metallic silver flowers were sprayed as well using the same brand spray paint. All the flowers were mounted using Velcro strip I got from Lowe’s and placed on thick foam board from Hobby Lobby. Let’s talk about a few more DIY’s that I think could be useful for any girly party and that’s a cake stand and gift card box. You guys, this is so easy and once I tell you, your gonna be a pro. Let’s start with the Bling Cake Stand I DIY’d. Only three materials were used. You ready…….Bling Wrap, styrofoam cake form and a 12 X 12 glass mirror! Oh and a hot glue gun to adhere the mirror to the cake form. Please do not use e6000 as it will eat up the foam right away. I have attached some pics below of the materials. I used a square plate underneath to give it more height. For those unfamiliar with what a Cake Form” is, it is used for fake tiered cakes to give height. You ever seen a cake with multiple layers as high as can be? Well some people have a portion of the cake that is not edible but decorated as one whole cake. #lesson 😉
Making a custom gift card box is easy and actually you can make these for any gender. It’s all in how you wanna dress it up. I used a large cardboard craft box, cut a slit big enough for cards, painted it and added bling wrap topped with a big white Tiffany bow.

I know there are so many Pinterest worthy looks out there for this theme. I hope I gave you lots of inspiration and remember be creative. 💋
